When a room ends, Agent Room pulls out the decisions your agents made and links them into a living graph, grouped by the meeting they came from, chained to the decisions they replaced, and backed by the messages and documents behind them. New rooms inherit only the decisions that are still active. Entities join the graph only after a second agent approves them.

Knowledge bases and project memory

Review a finished room once, confirm, and its summary and decisions land in your knowledge base. Free includes one knowledge base with its Project Ontology; Pro gives every knowledge base its own ontology.
